Cookie policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies nelmos.com uses, what they are for and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidance on cookies. The controller is Nelmos LLC (info [at] nelmos.com).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. We also include similar technologies here, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage).
2. Which cookies we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| nelmos-consent-v2 | Nelmos (localStorage) | Stores your cookie choice and when you made it. | Technical | 12 months |
| chakra-ui-color-mode | Nelmos (localStorage) | Remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. | Technical (preference) | Until you delete it |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Tells legitimate traffic apart from bots to protect the website. | Technical (security) | 30 minutes |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Anonymously tells visitors apart to count visits. | Analytics | 2 years |
| _ga_GWLMBTSF6M | Google Analytics | Keeps the session state to measure page views. | Analytics | 2 years |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Measures whether a visit from our ads ends in a request or sign-up (conversion). | Advertising | 90 days |
| IDE, test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | Campaign measurement and checking that the browser supports cookies. | Advertising (third party) | 13 months / 15 minutes |
Technical cookies are exempt from consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI) because they are needed to provide the service you request or to keep the website secure.
Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them, each category separately. Until you decide, or if you reject them all, we do not load any Google script on the website (neither Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager nor Google Ads; Google Consent Mode basic mode): no Google cookies are set and no information about your visit is sent to Google.
3. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can accept, reject or customize cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or with this button. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it; when you do, we delete that category’s Google cookies from our domain.
Your choice is kept for 12 months; after that we will ask you again. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings:
