Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about each of our solutions, grouped by solution.
Clients and scheduling with AI
No. Our technology is designed for massive scalability. The AI agent can handle thousands of simultaneous conversations without waiting times, ensuring that every customer is attended to instantly, even during aggressive marketing campaigns.
The bot synchronizes in real time with your current calendar. Before confirming an appointment with the customer, it verifies available slots and, once accepted, automatically blocks the time to avoid duplicates.
The system is trained to answer the most frequent queries. However, if it detects a complex question or an urgency beyond its knowledge, it can immediately escalate the conversation to a human on your team or take a note for you to contact them later.
Not at all. Our system is modular. We take care of the initial configuration of the conversation flow (lead capture, qualification or scheduling) so you just have to turn it on and start receiving data on your dashboard.
Plans start at €49/mo (€42/mo billed annually) and include the agent, the CRM and the dashboard. Each plan scales users, conversations and fields to your volume, and if your case is large or has multiple branches we build a custom plan. You can see the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
We are GDPR-compliant and every client's data is isolated: your business information is never mixed or used for another client. The bot does not store sensitive data (cards, identity documents or medical information) and we immediately honor any opt-out or cancellation request.
Yes. We work on the official WhatsApp Business API and only contact users who have given their consent, so your number operates within Meta's rules and the risk of bans for unauthorized use is kept to a minimum.
We handle the initial flow configuration. In practice you only have to give us access and define your availability; within a few days it's live and feeding data into your dashboard.
Security and certification
ISO 27001 (information security management), ISO 27701 (privacy extension on top of 27001, tied to GDPR) and the ENS (Spanish National Security Framework, required to work with the Spanish public sector). Before certification, we review the company baseline cybersecurity: exposed attack surface, access control, backups and incident response.
In two blocks: ten clauses and Annex A. The first three clauses explain the manual; from the fourth onwards they are auditable requirements, starting with the context of the organisation. Annex A adds 93 controls reviewed one by one and assessed in the Statement of Applicability (SoA): whether they apply or not, with justification.
Initial briefing, defining scope and context, risk management and Statement of Applicability, documenting and implementing the controls, internal audit, management review, certification audit with the external auditor and, finally, ISMS maintenance: from there the cycle loops back to the internal audit every year for the surveillance audit, with full recertification every 3 years.
The document that goes through the 93 Annex A controls one by one after inventorying the information assets and scoring their risks, recording which controls apply and which do not, with justification.
Automation
It depends on the process: we always start with a limited pilot, so the first thing you see working arrives sooner than if we tackled everything at once. The specific timeline comes out of the initial diagnosis.
No, unless your current system offers no way to connect to it. We prefer to work on top of your ERP, your spreadsheets or your industry-specific software as they are: the goal is to remove manual work, not to force a migration.
We do. If a system changes how it connects or the process evolves, we adjust the automation so it keeps working without you having to chase it.
It depends on the scope of each case: number of processes, systems involved and integration complexity. We work it out together in the initial conversation, process by process.
